HISTORY
Marcelo Scasso Real Estate inc. / Marcelo Scasso Immobilier Inc. was founded in 2023, initially under the name MSGI Inc. Its president and founder is Marcelo Scasso.
Marcelo Scasso initially aimed to carry out large-scale building projects that would enhance the landscape of Quebec. He later developed additional knowledge and skills that led him to new horizons.
His mission is to offer services to those who wish to acquire properties, improve them, or maintain them in good condition. As he evolved both professionally and personally, Marcelo found himself supporting many individuals who needed assistance with their properties. This experience allowed him to develop a genuine empathy and a deep desire to help anyone in need of professional assistance with their buildings. He quickly realized that many people require occasional services to ensure the smooth progress of their projects and the longevity of their investments.
MARCELO SCASSO - PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Marcelo Scasso is a professional in the building industry, whether in project management, construction, real estate, or property management.
TRAINING
Marcelo Scasso is a Construction Engineer graduated from the École de Technologie Supérieure University of Quebec and a member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec). He is also a licensed Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker, graduated from the Collège immobilier du Québec, and a member of the OACIQ (Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec).
Additionally, he holds a college diploma in Architecture Technology from Cégep du Vieux-Montréal.
Multiple supplementary courses at the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and other academic institutions have allowed him to acquire new knowledge and refine his existing skills.
EXPERIENCE
Marcelo Scasso offers services based on his extensive experience in project management and real estate. He has worked on large-scale projects such as the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) and CHU Sainte-Justine (CHUSJ) hospitals, as well as residential condominium projects like Symphonia POP, SOL, and VIU on Île-des-Sœurs, and the Le Montcalm project in Montreal. He has also gained significant experience in engineering consulting and construction and renovation work supervision.
Marcelo Scasso has a diverse background in real estate. As the owner of several income-generating properties, he has acquired vast knowledge in property management, acquisitions, rental of residential units, maintenance, and resolving various issues.
Additionally, he has gained exceptional experience by working with buyers of high-end condominium units, providing outstanding customer service.
